The DM&DAA Committee meets monthly throughout the year (first Monday of each month) at the The Chequers, Wimbotsham. Meetings start at 7.30pm.

The 2011/12 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday April 2nd, 2012, at The Chequers (date to be confirmed), Wimbotsham. All are welcome, and indeed encouraged, to attend this meeting. The meetings in May and June are also open for all members to attend.

Club membership books, if ready, can be purchased and collected at the AGM and the two following open meetings in 2012. Books will only be sold to members in possession of a currrent EA Rod Licence.
